本数据集包含处于觉醒(Wake, W)与非快速眼动(Non-Rapid Eye Movement, NREM)睡眠阶段的个体的未滤波血氧水平依赖(Blood Oxygen Level Dependent, BOLD)时间序列(重复时间Repetition Time, TR=2.08),涵盖以下结构的数据: 1. 采用自动化解剖标签(Automated Anatomical Labeling, AAL)分割得到的90个大脑脑区兴趣区(Region of Interest, ROI)数据(文件名格式:BOLD_complete_nonfilt_*.npy) 2.
