Barbus barbus (barbel), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Barbus barbus, common name barbel, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，收集了为研究欧洲鲃（Barbus barbus，通用名barbel）所产生的基因组与转录组数据，以支撑其基因组组装与注释工作。本项目所涉及的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行公开共享。
