An Applicable Dataset of Electronic Health Records with a Focus on CTA Results in Pulmonary Embolism Disease

A new dataset associated with EHR data, involving patients suspicious of PE, including positive PE, healthy and COVID-19 patients suspected of PE. The dataset included PE diagnosis based on CTA imaging results, biographic data, vital signs, laboratory test results, past medical history and, medications. This dataset can utilize in the evolution of PE studies based on machine learning and artificial intelligence.<br> <br>

本数据集为关联电子健康记录（Electronic Health Record, EHR）的新型数据集，纳入疑似肺栓塞（Pulmonary Embolism, PE）患者，包括PE阳性患者、健康人群及疑似PE的新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）感染者。该数据集涵盖基于计算机断层血管造影（Computed Tomographic Angiography, CTA）影像结果的PE诊断信息、人口统计学资料、生命体征、实验室检测结果、既往病史及用药数据。本数据集可应用于推进基于机器学习与人工智能的肺栓塞相关研究。
