Ginkgetin could significantly attenuate liver fibrosis in a rat model induced by TAA, including inhibiting hepatic inflammtion and fibrosis. In addition, the related signaling pathways and gene expression were also downregulated by ginkgetin by bulk RNA Sequencing analysis. To investigate the effect of ginkgetin on liver fibrosis and the underlying mechanism, we performed bulk RNA Sequencing on the liver tissues from fibrotic rats treated with vehicle (control group) or ginkgetin (10mg/kg/day) (ginkgetin group).
银杏黄素(Ginkgetin)可显著减轻硫代乙酰胺(TAA)诱导的大鼠肝纤维化模型的肝纤维化进程,包括抑制肝脏炎症与纤维化。此外,通过批量RNA测序(bulk RNA Sequencing)分析可知,银杏黄素还可下调相关信号通路与基因的表达水平。为探究银杏黄素对肝纤维化的作用及其潜在分子机制,本研究对赋形剂处理组(对照组)与每日10mg/kg银杏黄素处理组(银杏黄素组)的纤维化大鼠肝脏组织开展了批量RNA测序。
