A 27-grain polycrystalline aggregate with random initial crystallographic orientation was used to calculate the mechanical response of a polycrystal with a unimodal grain distribution. The initial database includes 9000 data containing six stress and six strain components generated from the 27-grain polycrystalline aggregate for each unimodal grain size ($d = 2\mu m, 17\mu m, 32\mu m$ and $47\mu m$). The key parameters governing the storage rate of polarized dislocation density at GBs has been identified, and a new surface GND density-based model has been developed to calculate the increase of long-range internal stress with plastic strain~\cite{Jiang2022a}.
本研究采用具有随机初始晶体取向的27晶粒多晶聚集体,以计算单峰晶粒尺寸分布多晶体的力学响应。初始数据集共包含9000组数据:针对晶粒尺寸$d=2mu m$、$17mu m$、$32mu m$与$47mu m$的四种单峰分布,每组数据均由该27晶粒多晶聚集体生成,涵盖6个应力分量与6个应变分量。本研究已明确控制晶界(grain boundaries, GBs)处极化位错密度存储速率的关键参数,并开发了一种基于表面几何必须位错(Geometrically Necessary Dislocation, GND)密度的新模型,用于计算长程内应力随塑性应变的增长过程cite{Jiang2022a}。
