GWAS summary statistics for abundance levels of 14 plasma protein biomarkers with relevance in cancer. Abundance levels in plasma were measured in healthy individuals.
These proteins are included:
CCL19, CCL24, CD40 ligand, CXCL10, CXCL5, E-selectin, Ep-CAM, IL-12, IL17RB, IL6RA, Kallikrein-11, MIA, MIC-A and VEGF-D.
本数据集为14种与癌症相关的血浆蛋白生物标志物丰度水平的全基因组关联分析(Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS)汇总统计量。上述血浆蛋白的丰度水平均在健康个体中检测得到。
本次纳入的蛋白包括:CCL19、CCL24、CD40配体(CD40 ligand)、CXCL10、CXCL5、E-选择素(E-selectin)、Ep-CAM(上皮细胞黏附分子)、白细胞介素12(IL-12)、白细胞介素17受体B(IL17RB)、白细胞介素6受体α(IL6RA)、激肽释放酶-11(Kallikrein-11)、黑素瘤抑制活性因子(MIA)、MHC I类链相关蛋白A(MIC-A)以及血管内皮生长因子D(VEGF-D)。
