The variant data of C. paliurus populations

To explore the population structure and evolutionary history of <em>C. paliurus</em> population, More than 10× coverage of per sample for 35 tetraploid and 10 diploid <em>C. paliurus</em> growing in nine locations were generated from 150-bp Illumina short reads, respectively.

为探究青钱柳（C. paliurus）的种群结构与演化历史，本研究对采自9个采样点的35份四倍体和10份二倍体青钱柳样本进行测序，各样本的测序覆盖度均超过10倍，测序数据均通过150 bp的Illumina短读长测序获得。
