This repository presents the R code and associated data used in the article <em>Multiple human activities in coastal benthic ecosystems: introducing a metric of cumulative exposure</em>.<br><br>
Datasets include information about the stations sampled at Sept-Îles (Québec, Canada) in 2017 and exposure indices. Data includes species biomass, density and taxonomy of benthic macrofaunal species, with physico-chemical parameters at the sediment surface, biotic indicators and exposure indices.<br><br>
The main research questions were to:

<li>model the exposure of benthic ecosystems to anthropogenic activities locally</li>
<li>explore the links between benthic community diversity and anthropogenic exposure</li>
