We quantified gene expression in three different strains of the short-lived killifish Nothobranchius furzeri during aging. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for brain and skin samples at different life times in short (GRZ-D) and longer-lived strains ( MZCS-0403 and MZM-0403).
