区域内从能源消费情况城市发展的经济韧性视角出发，多维度、多层次、多要素评价城市韧性表现，为健全城市发展经济韧性能力的评估机制和考核办法提供理论依据，为开展城市经济韧性提升相关工作提供指导。

Starting from the perspective of urban economic resilience combined with energy consumption conditions within the research region, this dataset evaluates urban resilience performance across multiple dimensions, hierarchical levels and influencing factors. It provides theoretical basis for perfecting the assessment mechanism and examination measures for urban economic resilience capacity in urban development, and offers guidance for relevant work aimed at enhancing urban economic resilience.
