15 permanent plots of forests dominated by arbuscular mycorrhizal or ectomyoccrhizal trees or both.

label_soil_sample.csv links identifiers for sequencing (i.e. sample) and soil analysis (i.e. sampleID)

本数据集包含土壤化学数据、ITS（内转录间隔区，Internal Transcribed Spacer）序列数据以及样地信息。
本研究以ITS作为标记基因，采用Illumina测序技术对目标土壤真菌进行测序分析。
共设置15处永久性森林样地，样地优势树种为丛枝菌根（arbuscular mycorrhizal）树木、外生菌根（ectomycorrhizal）树木，或二者兼有。
样地位于蒙特利尔大学劳伦茨生物学站（Station de Biologie des Laurentides, Université de Montréal）。

数据集文件：
* fastq.gz格式文件存储了所有样本的序列数据
* soil.csv文件包含土壤化学数据与样地信息
* label_soil_sample.csv文件用于关联测序样本标识符与土壤分析样本标识符（sampleID）
