This dataset contains 1000 sets of the degree of deviation in the change rates of runoff regime indicators when observation uncertainty is considered, which quantifies the consistency of the indicator change rates between scenarios with and without consideration of observation uncertainty. It documents the change trends of characteristic runoff regime indicators in the Yellow River water conservation area and supports relevant hydrological research in this region.
