Potential accessibility to mental-health services in Colombia: territorial screening with public data

Replication package for a reproducible municipal public-data screening workflow of potential accessibility to mental-health services in Colombia. The package contains scripts, derived aggregate data, spatial accessibility outputs, and final tables and figures. The accessibility surface uses a centroid-based travel-time proxy; OSRM-routed travel times were not used.本复现包（Replication package）用于哥伦比亚境内心理健康服务潜在可及性的可复现市级公共数据筛查工作流。该复现包包含脚本代码、衍生聚合数据、空间可及性输出结果，以及最终的表格与可视化图表。本次研究的可及性表面采用基于质心的旅行时间代理变量，未使用OSRM规划路径得到的旅行时间数据。
