Pseudomonas aeruginosa T3SS-negative strains genome sequencing and assembly

In recent years, several laboratories have identified strains lacking the main virulence mechanism of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, namely the type III secretion system (T3SS) and associated toxins. In this study, we sequenced the genomes and phenotypically characterized a collection of T3SS- negative strains from various origins and continents.

近年来，已有多个实验室鉴定出缺失铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）主要致病机制——Ⅲ型分泌系统（T3SS）及其相关毒素的菌株。本研究对一批来源于不同地域及各大洲的T3SS阴性菌株进行了基因组测序与表型鉴定。
