MSC All in one panel测序数据

收集人脐带来源的P2、P4、P6、P9、P10、P14、P15代次的间充质干细胞，进行多组学检测，对比分析不同代次间充质干细胞表达谱的不同，找出间充质干细胞主要分子标志物，为间充质干细胞的批量生产提供重要质量控制指标。采集地点为实验血液学国家重点实验室华苑院区，采集时间为2020年5月至2020年10月，产生9个文件，共获得48.1GB的数据。Human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) at passages P2, P4, P6, P9, P10, P14 and P15 were collected and subjected to multi-omics profiling. Comparative analyses were performed to identify the expression profile disparities among MSCs of different passages, and key molecular markers of MSCs were screened out, which provide critical quality control indicators for the batch production of MSCs. The sample collection was conducted at the Huayuan Campus of the State Key Laboratory of Experimental Hematology between May 2020 and October 2020, resulting in 9 files with a total data size of 48.1 GB.
