牧业总产值数据

牧业总产值包括年内出栏的猪、牛、羊、马、驴、骡等主要牲畜、出笼的鸡、鸭、鹅等家禽、蛋、奶、毛绒、狩猎和捕捉动物等畜牧产品的产值。据国家统计局数据显示：除2020年“湖南省”位列全国各省域“牧业总产值”第3位外，2010~2023年，全国各省域“牧业总产值”前3位均主要产自“四川省、山东省、河南省”之中——这3个省域“牧业总产值”合计占全国比重常年保持在1/5以上，其中，2023年合计占全国的22.08%。本数据包含全国以及各省（自治区、直辖市）牧业总产值数据，供关注中国畜牧产业市场运行和发展的各方参考。

Gross output value of animal husbandry covers the output value of major livestock such as pigs, cattle, sheep, horses, donkeys and mules slaughtered within the year, domestic fowls like chickens, ducks and geese taken out of cages, as well as livestock products including eggs, milk, fur and wool, hunted and captured animals and others. According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, with the exception of 2020 when Hunan Province ranked 3rd in the gross output value of animal husbandry among all provincial-level regions in China, from 2010 to 2023, the top three positions in terms of provincial gross output value of animal husbandry were mostly occupied by Sichuan Province, Shandong Province and Henan Province. The combined gross output value of animal husbandry of these three provincial-level regions has long accounted for more than one-fifth of the national total, and this share reached 22.08% in 2023. This dataset contains the gross output value data of animal husbandry for the entire country and all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, for reference by all parties concerned about the market operation and development of China's animal husbandry industry.
