<b>Práticas territoriais de terapia ocupacional na saúde mental do sistema único de saúde:uma revisão de escopo</b>

The transformation of the mental health care model, driven by the Psychiatric Reform movement, led to the emergence of Psychosocial Rehabilitation—a care approach that shifts the focus from traditional outpatient services to community-based, territorial practices. In this context, the Psychosocial Care Network is configured as an interconnected set of services grounded in shared principles of care. Occupational Therapy is one of the professional fields within this network, playing a key role in fostering the engagement of individuals experiencing psychological distress in their daily routines and life contexts, with territorial practices serving as a core axis of its interventions. This study aimed to map the available scientific evidence on territorial practices in Occupational Therapy within the field of mental health care under Brazil’s Unified Health System. It is a scoping review conducted in accordance with the Joanna Briggs Institute methodology and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews guidelines. The literature search was performed across the databases BIREME, SciELO, PubMed, Web of Science, Taylor &amp; Francis, SAGE Journals, Scopus, and Oasisbr. A total of 118 records were identified, from which 10 articles were selected after a rigorous screening process. The findings highlight that territorial practices in Occupational Therapy within mental health care challenge traditional models of care by promoting approaches grounded in freedom and tailored to the uniqueness of each individual. Territory emerges as a central element of professional interventions, sustaining interdisciplinary and intersectoral practices where life unfolds and mental health is realized.在精神科改革（Psychiatric Reform）运动的推动下，精神卫生照护模式实现转型，催生了社会心理康复（Psychosocial Rehabilitation）——这一照护模式将服务重心从传统门诊服务转向以社区为基础、立足属地的实践模式。在此背景下，社会心理照护网络（Psychosocial Care Network）被构建为一套基于共同照护原则的互联互通服务体系。作业治疗（Occupational Therapy）作为该网络中的专业领域之一，在帮助心理困扰个体参与日常事务与生活场景方面发挥关键作用，而属地实践正是其干预措施的核心轴线。 本研究旨在梳理巴西统一卫生系统（Unified Health System）框架下，精神卫生照护领域中作业治疗属地实践的现有科学证据。本研究为范围综述，严格遵循乔安娜·布里格斯研究所（Joanna Briggs Institute）方法学，以及《系统综述与Meta分析扩展范围综述报告规范》（Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews）开展。研究通过BIREME、SciELO、PubMed、Web of Science、Taylor & Francis、SAGE Journals、Scopus及Oasisbr等数据库进行文献检索，最终共识别出118条文献记录，经严格筛选后纳入10篇文献。 研究结果显示，精神卫生照护领域的作业治疗属地实践以倡导彰显自由、贴合个体独特性的照护模式，对传统照护模式提出挑战。属地作为专业干预的核心要素，支撑起在生活展开与心理健康实现的场域中开展跨学科、跨部门的实践活动。
