Gene expression data of livers from C57BL/6J mice treated with vehicle control or dexamethasone

We report the RNA-Sequencing data for the livers of C57BL/6J mice treated with vehicle control (CON) or dexamethasone (DEX) Overall design: 10-week-old male C57BL/6J mice were purchased from the Shanghai Laboratory Animal Company (SLAC, Shanghai, China).Dexamethasone (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA) or vehicle control (Saline) was administered daily at a dose of 1.0 mg/kg body weight by intraperitoneal injection for 14 days. Then, mice were sacrificed and livers were harvested for RNA extraction.

本研究报道了经赋形剂对照组（CON）或地塞米松（dexamethasone, DEX）处理的C57BL/6J小鼠肝脏的RNA测序（RNA-Sequencing）数据。整体实验设计：10周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠购自上海实验动物有限公司（SLAC，中国上海）。每日以1.0 mg/kg体重的剂量通过腹腔注射给予地塞米松（Sigma-Aldrich，美国密苏里州圣路易斯市）或赋形剂对照（生理盐水），连续给药14天。随后处死小鼠并采集肝脏组织用于RNA提取。
