Predicted gene sequences of legume infecting Fusarium oxysporum formae speciales

Gene prediction in the genomic assemblies of two <i>Fusarium oxysporum formae speciales</i> i.e. <i>ciceris</i> (PRJNA282695) and <i>medicagenis</i> (PRJNA294248) were done using Augustus gene prediction tool (Hoff &amp; Stanke, 2013) (bioinf.uni-greifswald.de/webaugustus) after training it with <i>F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici</i> ( PRJNA18813) reference sequences dataset. All the sequences were taken from NCBI database (https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject).

本研究针对两个专化型尖孢镰刀菌（*Fusarium oxysporum formae speciales*）的基因组组装序列开展基因预测分析，所涉专化型分别为鹰嘴豆专化型（*ciceris*，生物项目登录号PRJNA282695）与苜蓿专化型（*medicagenis*，生物项目登录号PRJNA294248）。分析流程为先以番茄专化型尖孢镰刀菌（*F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici*，生物项目登录号PRJNA18813）的参考序列数据集对Augustus基因预测工具（Hoff & Stanke, 2013，工具官方网站：bioinf.uni-greifswald.de/webaugustus）进行训练，随后利用训练完成的工具完成上述两个专化型的基因预测。所有序列均取自NCBI数据库（https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject）。
