De-novo RNA Sequencing of Rubus chingii Hu

Rubus chingii Hu (Chinese raspberry) is an important dual functional food with nutraceutical and pharmaceutical values. We conducted a combined transcriptomic and metabolic analysis of R. chingii fruits from different developmental stages to uncover the mechanism of fruit development and bioactive components synthesis and regulation.掌叶覆盆子（Rubus chingii Hu，Chinese raspberry）是一种兼具营养保健与药用价值的重要药食两用食品。本研究针对不同发育阶段的掌叶覆盆子果实开展转录组与代谢组联合分析，旨在阐明果实发育及生物活性成分合成与调控的分子机制。
