Single cell analysis of SW620/SW620-TET2CD with long time clone culturing

In order to understand the single cell nature of SW620/SW620-TET2CD, we used the SW620/SW620-TET2CD clone from Day6/Day9/Day12/Day15 to start our single cell sequencing and analysis the diffference of single cell gene expression from different samples. Furthermore,in oder to illustrate the change of SW620 xenografts in nude mice, we collected SW620 xenografts at Week5 after the tumor cells were injected subcutaneously in nude mouse. Tumor tissues were collected and disocciated to single cells and subjected to scRNA-SEQ.

为解析SW620/SW620-TET2CD的单细胞固有特性，我们选取第6天、第9天、第12天、第15天的SW620/SW620-TET2CD克隆株开展单细胞测序实验，旨在分析不同样本间的单细胞基因表达差异。此外，为阐明SW620细胞裸鼠异种移植瘤的变化情况，我们在裸小鼠皮下注射肿瘤细胞后的第5周采集SW620异种移植瘤组织。收集肿瘤组织并将其解离为单细胞悬液，随后进行单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing，scRNA-SEQ）。
