Wheat inflorescence development is crucial to final yield, which completed by a complex molecular network. Since the early development period of inflorescence is particularly known to be sensitive to temperature, it is important to understand the overall genetic response to temperature stresses. In this study, we investigated inflorescence transcriptome in response to cold and heat stress during early developmental stages.
小麦花序(inflorescence)发育对最终籽粒产量至关重要,该过程由复杂的分子网络调控完成。已有研究证实,小麦花序发育早期对温度变化尤为敏感,因此解析其对温度胁迫的整体遗传应答机制具有重要意义。本研究针对小麦花序发育早期阶段,探究了其在冷胁迫与热胁迫下的转录组(transcriptome)应答特征。
