Transcriptomic changes during polyphosphate accumulation of an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus were investigated to revieal the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying massive accumulation of polyphosphate in the extraradical hyphae.本研究针对丛枝菌根真菌（arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus）多聚磷酸盐积累过程中的转录组变化展开探究，旨在揭示其根外菌丝（extraradical hyphae）中大规模多聚磷酸盐积累的分子与细胞机制。
