A chromosome-level genome of a Kordofan melon illuminates the origin of domesticated watermelons

This dataset includes 6,813 individual orthologue gene alignments of nine species of Citrullus plus a concatenated supermatrix. These data were employed to infer individual gene and concatenated Maximum Likelihood inferences.
