Gene expression was analyzed with GeneChipTM本研究筛选了一批可能参与抑制乙型肝炎病毒（Hepatitis B Virus, HBV）复制的干扰素诱导基因，并在ISG20中发现了抗HBV活性。ISG20是一种干扰素（Interferon, IFN）诱导的3'→5'外切核酸酶，可降解DNA与RNA，并降低肝细胞来源细胞中的抗原生成水平。本研究通过基因芯片技术，鉴定出一批表达依赖于I型干扰素（Type I Interferon, I型IFN）刺激的候选基因。总实验设计：采用RNeasyTM试剂盒，从经聚肌胞苷酸（polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid, polyI:C，50 μg）刺激8小时的小鼠脾脏中提取CD8α阳性树突状细胞（CD8α+ dendritic cells, CD8α+ DCs）的总RNA；每份样本取10 μg总RNA用于制备互补RNA（complementary RNA, cRNA）；随后采用GeneChipTM芯片开展基因表达分析。
