Bacterial genome sequences of isolates from farms in Argentina

The objective was to perform molecular epidemiology analysis of Escherichia coli isolates collected from 70 pig and dairy cattle farms in Central Eastern Argentina over four sampling visits in 2020-21. Isolates were selected from faecal, effluent and water samples as being resistant to third-generation cephalosporins and/or fluoroquinolones.

本研究旨在对2020至2021年间，从阿根廷中东部地区70家养猪场与奶牛场的四次采样活动中采集的大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）分离株开展分子流行病学分析。上述分离株选自粪便、养殖废水及水样，且均对第三代头孢菌素和/或氟喹诺酮类药物具有耐药性。
