CV839-06 once was used as an inactivated vaccine in China years ago for controlling the weaned piglet diarrhea and the vaccination with the inactivated strains proved to protect the weaned piglets from diarrhea efficiently. The serotype of CV839-06 is O9：K103. By sequencing the strain, we hope to understand the mechanisms of strain CV839-06 as effective vaccines.

CV839-06毒株曾于数年前在中国被用作灭活疫苗（inactivated vaccine），用于防控断奶仔猪腹泻，且接种该灭活菌株可有效保护断奶仔猪免受腹泻侵害。CV839-06的血清型（serotype）为O9：K103。本研究通过对该毒株进行测序，以期阐明CV839-06作为高效疫苗的作用机制。
