Certificação de Produtos Orgânicos: obstáculos à implantação de um sistema participativo de garantia na Andaluzia, Espanha

The paper analyzes the organization of organic farmers from Andalusia who were involved in an attempt to establish a participatory system of guarantee. This initiative was spearheaded by the autonomic administration between 2006 and 2008. The study is based on interviews with social actors who were involved in this process, identifying political and organizational barriers which have prevented this proposal to move forward.

本论文针对参与尝试构建参与式保障体系（Participatory Guarantee System）的安达卢西亚有机农户的组织模式展开分析。该倡议于2006年至2008年间由自治区政府牵头推动。本研究基于对参与该进程的社会行动者的访谈，识别出了阻碍该提案推进的政治与组织层面障碍。
