L-Arginine promotes oral keratinocyte proliferation under high glucose conditions. The treatment leads to changes in a substantial number of gene transcripts related to cell cycle, cell proliferation, and spliceosome GO terms as well as signaling pathways. Among these top-upregulated genes, CYP1A1, SKP2, and SRSF5 are of particular significance. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for human gingival keratinocytes (TIGK) cultured under high glucose conditions (48mM) treated with 500uM L-Arginine.
L-精氨酸(L-Arginine)可在高葡萄糖条件下促进口腔角质形成细胞的增殖。该处理可显著改变大量与细胞周期、细胞增殖、剪接体基因本体(Gene Ontology,GO)术语及信号通路相关的基因转录本的表达水平。在上述显著上调的基因中,CYP1A1、SKP2及SRSF5尤为关键。
