MPA-OpenCL: inputs, reference results and measurements of the fixed input-volume campaign (K = 2^22)

Data record of the paper "MPA-OpenCL: A Differentially Verified Multiple-Precision Arithmetic Library for Heterogeneous Devices" (SoftwareX, revised version). From these files, paper_numbers.py regenerates the paper's counts, ratios and Tables 6 and 7, and make_public_reports.py the per-GPU reports of the MPA-OpenCL repository; both are in paper-analysis.tar.gz, and README.md gives the commands under "Verify and regenerate". The record holds only the final campaign; earlier experiments are not included. It contains the 75 input fixtures with their GMP results and generator; the 26-GPU campaign (6d7cf752) and six CPU campaigns through PoCL, with their 34 admitted runs (26 GPUs and 8 CPUs) and collector output; the Apple M2 sweep at K = 2^23 and the Intel attempts stopped by the driver watchdog; and the analysis scripts.
