An integrated graph database (starPepDB) is established for large variety of bioactive peptides. It contains a total of 71, 310 nodes and 348, 505 relationships. In this graph structure, there are 45, 120 nodes representing peptides, and the rest of the nodes are connected to peptides for describing metadata.本研究已构建一款面向多样化生物活性肽的集成图数据库（starPepDB）。该数据库总计包含71310个节点与348505条关系。在该图结构中，45120个节点用于表征肽分子，其余节点均与肽节点相连，用以描述相关元数据。
