Computers with desks and chairs are a hugely important part of human work. The worker may have to analyze the many data in a limited time. It calls for long, intensive hours of concentrated and repetitive work with the desk and chairs. Health back is also a popular option to support back when they sit in the wrong position. However, health back also easily accumulates the wrong position of ergonomic. They have almost some defectsof existing product reference from ergonomic when they sit in the chair. Through the research, present to recommend a method of study that identifies an aspect of the analysis of the product on the market with ergonomic and engineering design, by comparison, existing product and found the best model to recommendation. Then the recommended design of the product, which can both satisfy customer demand and balance between production and cost. A recommend design may relieve low back pain by the existing production the market. Adapt and compare the good things from the existing product with the correct ergonomic and can fit any chairs. Then applied the technique of modified size and supportive ergonomic to long-term health when you work in the same position for a long time. Since the product is well designed to support the correct ergonomic, we hope that this recommended product from the existing model will be using the memory foam material and can adjust to fix in any chairs and may relieve low back pain.
配套桌椅的计算机办公场景是人类工作体系的核心组成部分。劳动者常需在有限时限内完成海量数据分析任务,这要求其长时间、高强度地开展专注且重复性的伏案工作。腰背支撑垫(Health Back)是针对坐姿不当人群的主流背部支撑解决方案之一,但此类产品也极易因设计不足,导致使用者长期形成不符合人体工学(ergonomic)的错误坐姿。当前市面上多数现有座椅配套支撑产品均存在不同程度的人体工学设计缺陷。本研究通过对市场现有产品开展人体工学与工程设计维度的分析与对比,提出一套科学研究方法以筛选最优产品设计模型。该推荐设计方案既能贴合用户实际需求,又能在生产成本与产品收益间实现最优平衡。基于现有市场产品优化后的推荐设计方案可有效缓解腰背痛(low back pain):其将整合现有优质产品的优势特性,采用符合人体工学的设计标准,且可适配各类座椅;同时通过尺寸适配与人体工学支撑技术,帮助使用者在长时间维持同一坐姿的办公场景中维护脊柱健康。鉴于优质的人体工学支撑设计对脊柱健康至关重要,本研究推荐的优化产品将采用记忆泡沫(memory foam)材料,可适配各类座椅,并有效缓解腰背痛。
