This is the data used in the related publication \"1H-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Metabolomics Analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana Exposed to Perfluorooctanic Acid and Perfluorooctanesulfonic Acid\" (O'Hara and Longstaffe, 2022). This study used 1H-NMR metabolomics to determine the effects of Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) exposure on Arabidopsis thaliana.
