The article is the third part of a multi-directional analysis of the possibilities, advisability and validity of using natural plant fibers (NPFs) as a reinforcement for polymer structural composites that can be used in the shipbuilding industry in Poland. As a result of the analysis of macroeconomic indicators and natural and non-natural factors regarding NPFs, a representative selection of hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) was made as the raw material to be used to reinforce these composites. Methods and test results are presented enabling comparison of the physical and mechanical properties of the new pro-ecological construction material–hemp fiber reinforced polymer (HFRP), reinforced with fabric made of unmodified and chemically modified hemp fibers.
本文为多方位分析系列研究的第三部分,该分析围绕在波兰造船工业中应用天然植物纤维(natural plant fibers, NPFs)作为聚合物基结构复合材料增强体的可行性、适宜性与有效性展开。通过对天然植物纤维相关宏观经济指标、自然与非自然因素开展分析,本研究最终遴选具有代表性的大麻(Cannabis sativa L.)作为该类复合材料的增强原料。本文呈现了相关测试方法与结果,可用于对比新型生态友好型结构材料——大麻纤维增强聚合物(hemp fiber reinforced polymer, HFRP)的物理与力学性能,该复合材料分别采用未改性与化学改性大麻纤维织物作为增强体。
