Phosphothreonine Dependent High Throughput Interactome of Phosphoproteins

Using phosphothreonine as a non-standard amino acid, we characterize the interactions of the phospho-binding domain, 14-3-3 beta with the human phosphothreonine proteome utilizing HI-P. Using HI-P+ we determine the multi-level binding interactions of 14-3-3 beta with CHK2 kinase-dependent substrates.

本研究以磷酸苏氨酸（phosphothreonine）作为非标准氨基酸，利用HI-P技术表征了磷酸结合结构域（phospho-binding domain）14-3-3β与人磷酸苏氨酸蛋白质组的相互作用；随后借助HI-P+技术，探明了14-3-3β与CHK2激酶依赖性底物的多层次结合相互作用。
