Freedom Convoy Data for Discourse Analysis

I used the Data Research Assistant developed by Professor Les Carr at the Web and Internet Science Research Group at the University of Southampton. This data collection tool allowed me to collect hashtag data and text from both Twitter and Facebook from 6 February 2022 to 2 March 2022 (the 24 day period of the protest). I also collected impressions, replies, retweets, likes, mentions, and combinations of hashtags.

本研究采用了南安普顿大学（University of Southampton）网络与互联网科学研究组（Web and Internet Science Research Group）莱斯·卡尔教授（Les Carr）研发的数据研究助手工具。该数据采集工具可采集2022年2月6日至2022年3月2日（即本次抗议活动的24天周期）内，来自推特（Twitter）与脸书（Facebook）的话题标签（hashtag）数据及文本内容。此外，本研究还同步采集了展示量、回复、转推、点赞、提及以及话题标签组合等相关指标数据。
