Through the accomplishment of three key goals—improving work quality and efficiency, training human resources at all operational levels, and extending the organization's subject knowledge base—knowledge management in higher education seeks to increase the efficiency of knowledge and knowledge capital. This information intends to shed light on how enthusiasm and job satisfaction among university teachers are impacted by knowledge management. The three pillars of the knowledge management system—the gathering, sharing, and application of knowledge—help teachers feel more motivated and satisfied with their instruction. 676 academics in Jordan who self-administered a questionnaire provided the information. Data analysis can be used to boost faculty satisfaction and academic staff excitement at higher education institutions by enhancing knowledge management systems.
