Colletotrichum sublineola strain:CgSl1 Genome sequencing and assembly

C. sublineola is a filamentous ascomycete that causes leaf and stalk diseases in sorghum. This fungus is host-specific and one of the main diseases of the crop. The goal of the study was to identify, characterize and compare candidate host specificity-related genes from two host-specific strain of sibling species C. graminicola and C. sublineola.高粱炭疽菌（C. sublineola）是一种丝状子囊菌，可引发高粱的叶部与茎部病害。该真菌具有寄主专化性，是该作物的主要病害之一。本研究的目标为从两个分别隶属于姊妹种禾谷炭疽菌（C. graminicola）与高粱炭疽菌（C. sublineola）的寄主专化菌株中，鉴定、表征并比较候选寄主专化相关基因。
