Through 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing, the microbial communities in periodontitis and healthy individuals' subgingival plaque were detected. And for patients with periodontitis, the comparison of microbial communities was conducted after culturing with the NEMM and SHI media that either contained vancomycin or not.

本研究采用16S rRNA高通量测序技术，对牙周炎患者与健康人群的龈下菌斑微生物群落进行了检测；此外，针对牙周炎患者样本，分别使用添加与未添加万古霉素的NEMM、SHI培养基完成培养后，对其微生物群落展开对比分析。
