Sequencing of mRNA from tissue-resident and tumor-associated macrophages in murine omentum display distinct transcriptional profile between macrophage subset of different origin

对小鼠大网膜（murine omentum）内组织驻留巨噬细胞（tissue-resident macrophages）与肿瘤相关巨噬细胞（tumor-associated macrophages）的mRNA进行测序，结果显示不同起源的巨噬细胞亚群（macrophage subset）之间具有截然不同的转录组谱（transcriptional profile）。
