BALB/c and the eosinophil deficient ΔblGATA-1 mice were infected with either B. bronchiseptica strain RB50, or B. bronchiseptica strain RB50 btrS knockout mutant. At day 7 post-inoculation, mice were euthanized and lungs were extracted. RNA from the lungs were analyzed via RNA-Sequencing.

将BALB/c小鼠与嗜酸性粒细胞缺陷型ΔblGATA-1小鼠分别感染支气管败血波氏杆菌（B. bronchiseptica）RB50菌株，或该菌RB50株的btrS基因敲除突变株。于接种后第7天处死小鼠并摘取肺部组织，提取肺部总RNA后通过RNA测序（RNA-Sequencing）进行分析。
