Characterisation of two-component nanoformulations comprised from cationic amphiphilic 1,4-DHP as one component and the appropriate cationic amphiphilic calix[4]arene as another component at mol% ratios of 100/0, 75/25, 50/50, 25/75, and 0/100; starting from single the appropriate calix[4]arene (100/0) in the first sample and single 1,4-DHP (0/100) in the last sample. The obtained results - hydrodynamic diameters of the main population of nanoparticles, polydispersity index and z-potential of nanoparticles formed by 1,4-DHP/calix[4]arene compositions in aqueous medium determined by the DLS method are presented. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) instrument Zetasizer Nano ZSP (Malvern Panalytical Ltd.) with Malvern Instruments Ltd. Software 7.12 was used for evaluation of self-assembling properties of pure cationic 1,4-DHP and calix[4]arene derivatives and characterisation of obtained nanoparticles formed by them in different ratios or individually.
本数据集针对以阳离子两亲性1,4-二氢吡啶(1,4-DHP)与相应阳离子两亲性杯[4]芳烃(calix[4]arene)为双组分的纳米制剂开展表征,两组分的摩尔百分比比例设置为100/0、75/25、50/50、25/75及0/100;其中首个样品仅含单一的对应杯[4]芳烃组分(比例100/0),末个样品仅含单一的1,4-DHP组分(比例0/100)。本数据集呈现了如下实验结果:通过动态光散射(Dynamic Light Scattering, DLS)法测得的、1,4-DHP与杯[4]芳烃组合物在水介质中形成的纳米颗粒主要群体的流体动力学直径、多分散性指数以及Zeta电位。本研究采用搭载马尔文仪器有限公司(Malvern Instruments Ltd.)7.12版软件的Zetasizer Nano ZSP型动态光散射仪(马尔文帕纳科有限公司,Malvern Panalytical Ltd.),对纯阳离子1,4-DHP与杯[4]芳烃衍生物的自组装特性进行评估,并对不同比例或单独组分形成的纳米颗粒进行表征。
