Homiginated protonema tissue grown in sterile conditions for 7 days on cellophaned standard BCDA media in growth chamber with 18 hr light (at 25 degrees C) and 6 h dark (at 21 degrees C).

紫萼藓（Ceratodon purpureus）基因表达谱分析。所用原丝体（Protonema）分离自无菌条件下培养的单个孢子。样本最初采集自美国纽约。所使用的萌发原丝体组织在无菌条件下，于覆有玻璃纸的标准BCDA培养基上，于光照培养箱中培养7天，培养参数为18小时光照（25℃）、6小时黑暗（21℃）。
