为了研究脱木质素对木材糠醇改性的影响,对杨木(Populus euramericana Cv.)先后进行部分脱木质素处理和浓度为25%的糠醇(FA)浸渍处理。通过扫描电子显微镜和共聚焦激光扫描显微镜观察发现,在木质素脱除率为8.86%的木材(LL)胞间层和细胞角隅出现了大量的细胞间隙,进一步进行糠醛化后,这些间隙被聚合糠醛树脂填充,使得与对照糠醇改性材(CF)相比,脱木质素协同糠醇处理材(LF)中改性剂分布更均匀、细胞壁润胀更强。脱木质素后中孔尺寸分布增大,但糠醛化后减小。氮气吸附分析表明,与对照材相比,LF比表面积减小20%以上,总孔体积减少50%左右。
To investigate the effect of delignification on furfuryl alcohol modification of wood, Populus euramericana Cv. was sequentially treated with partial delignification and impregnation with a 25% furfuryl alcohol (FA) solution. Observations via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) showed that numerous intercellular spaces emerged in the intercellular layers and cell corners of the wood with a lignin removal rate of 8.86% (hereafter referred to as LL). Following subsequent furfurylation, these spaces were filled with polymerized furfural resin, leading to a more uniform distribution of the modifying agent and greater cell wall swelling in the delignified and furfuryl alcohol-cotreated wood (LF) compared to the control furfuryl alcohol-modified wood (CF). The mesopore size distribution increased after delignification, but decreased after furfurylation. Nitrogen adsorption analysis revealed that, compared to the control furfuryl alcohol-modified wood (CF), the specific surface area of LF decreased by more than 20%, and its total pore volume reduced by approximately 50%.
