Isolation and Characterization of a Novel Bacillus mojavensis Strain

Currently, there is limited research on symbiotic bacteria sourced from children's skin. Therefore, the objective of this study is to isolate and identify symbiotic bacteria from the skin of healthy children, specifically from the popliteal fossa, a common site for AD in children.

目前，针对源自儿童皮肤的共生细菌的相关研究尚较为匮乏。因此，本研究旨在从健康儿童的皮肤中分离并鉴定共生细菌，具体采样部位为儿童特应性皮炎（Atopic Dermatitis，AD）的常见好发部位——腘窝。
