A composition obtained by combining virgin cellulose fibers, cellulose ester (CE) staple fibers having a denier per filament (DPF) of less than 3, and water, and water, and optional additives prepared or added to a hydropulper, first blend tank, processed through a refiner, in a second blend tank, or in a machine chest. The CE staple fibers can also have a short cut length of less than 6 mm and can be crimped. The compositions are useful to recycle broke to the stock preparation zone and can be processed back through a refiner. The compositions allow for high drainage rates through the wire, allowing flexibility in the refining to adjust refining energy and intensity. The compositions, when co-refined, are useful to make wet laid products such as paper, cardboard, and filters that have improved water drainage, air permeability, tensile strength, bulk, burst strength, or stiffness, or a combination of these properties.
本组合物由原生纤维素纤维(virgin cellulose fibers)、单丝纤度(denier per filament, DPF)小于3的纤维素酯(cellulose ester, CE)短纤维与水复配制得,还可添加可选添加剂;其制备或添加工序可在水力碎浆机(hydropulper)、第一配料罐中完成,也可经精浆机(refiner)处理,或在第二配料罐、机浆池(machine chest)中进行。该纤维素酯短纤维还可具有小于6mm的短切长度,并可带有卷曲结构。该组合物可将损纸(broke)回送至备料区(stock preparation zone)进行循环利用,并可经精浆机再次处理。该组合物可提升成形网(wire)的滤水速率,使得精浆过程中可灵活调节精浆能耗与精浆强度。该组合物经共同精浆(co-refined)后,可用于制备湿法成型制品(wet laid products),包括纸、硬纸板与过滤材料,所得产品可获得更优异的滤水性能、透气度、抗张强度、松厚度、耐破强度或挺度,或这些性能的任意组合。
