These data are available for reproducing the work entitled, "Lower thermospheric material transport via Lagrangian coherent structures," in the Journal of Geophysical Research Space Physics. Files with "FTLE" in the file name contain FTLE maps output from ITALCS as a function of latitude and longitude, as described in the paper. Files with "WACCMX+DART_UVTZ" in the file name contain the WACCMX+DART horizontal zonal wind (U), meridional wind (V), UTC time (T), and geopotential height (Z) fields as a function of longitude, latitude, pressure level, and time. All other data sets are available at the sources listed in the acknowledgments of the paper.
