Supporting image data and software functions for the paper entitled "Image-based Cell Profiling Enables Quantitative Tissue Microscopy in Gastroenterology". This submission contains image data, CellProfiler pipelines for cell segmentation of intestinal tissues and the MATLAB / Python software functions described in the paper for processing and reassembling tilescanned microscopy data.
