Role of Arid3a in proliferation and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells [RNA-seq]

To investigate the role of Arid3a in the intestinal epithelium, we generated an inducible conditional knockout model (VillinCreERT2;Arid3afl/fl -Arid3a cKO) and we compared the gene expression analysis to WT animals (ViliinCreERT2). Animals were injected intraperitoneally with tamoxifen to induce gene deletion. Overall design: Differential expression analysis between WT and Arid3a cKO animals at 1 month after tamoxifen administration.

为探究Arid3a在肠上皮中的功能，我们构建了诱导型条件性基因敲除模型（VillinCreERT2;Arid3afl/fl，即Arid3a条件性敲除小鼠，Arid3a cKO），并将该模型小鼠的基因表达分析结果与野生型（WT）对照小鼠（VillinCreERT2）进行比较。我们通过腹腔注射他莫昔芬（tamoxifen）以诱导基因敲除。实验整体设计：在他莫昔芬给药1个月后，对野生型与Arid3a条件性敲除小鼠进行差异表达分析。
