We used qPCR to quantitate the differences in the expression of several genes after cultivation of human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cell line with or without 10 μM retinoic acid (RA). 本研究采用定量聚合酶链式反应（quantitative PCR，qPCR），对人源SH-SY5Y神经母细胞瘤细胞系在添加与不添加10 μM视黄酸（retinoic acid，RA）的条件下培养后，多个基因的表达差异进行定量分析。本数据集已按照提交至美国国家生物技术信息中心基因表达综合数据库（NCBI GEO）的规范格式进行整理，实验详情与数据说明均存储于电子表格的各工作表中。
